Associated Press, Ocotber 8, 2015 — The Wyoming Pari-Mutuel Commission has declined to lift its suspension of historic horse racing terminals throughout the state. During a meeting today, the commission kept in place its order that put a halt this week to use of the machines at bars and off-track betting sites. The suspension came after a Wyoming attorney general’s opinion concluded the terminals do not conform to state law that prohibits slot machine-type gambling in most of the state.
