October 7, 2015 — On October 5th at about 5:35 PM, Officers of the Rock Springs Police Department were dispatched to the Flying J/Denny’s restaurant located at 650 Stagecoach regarding a man “passed out” at one of the restaurant tables. Denny’s management told RSPD Central Dispatch that the man appeared intoxicated and was asking that the man be removed from the restaurant.
Upon arrival, Officers were directed to the man who was later identified as Robert Claw, age 48 of Tonalea, AZ. Mr. Claw was exhibiting several indicators of intoxication and was subsequently arrested for Public Intoxication (Drunk in Public) in violation of Rock Springs Municipal Ordinance.
