Slip into your scariest, funniest, most outrageous costume and join in the Downtown Rock Springs Halloween Stroll on Saturday, October 29th. Starting at 11:00 am, participants are asked to pick up a bag and map at the Rock Springs Historical Museum. The stroll will conclude at 2:00 pm.
Children of all ages, family members and pets are welcome.
