Century West Park in Rock Springs is going to the dogs. Saturday, August 27th Bark in the Park is taking place with plenty of activities for local pups and their humans. Activities include a chance to jump and swim in the pool, plenty of doggie games, pie eating contest, tug challenge, a vaccination clinic and a chance for each pooch to strut their stuff in the Parade Your Pooch fundraiser.
Bark in the Park runs from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm and is free to the public.
If you don’t own a dog, but would like to participate, shelter dogs will be available to walk and would love the chance to hang out with some happy humans. All dogs must be on leashes and have proof of a current rabies vaccination.
