ROCK SPRINGS — A long-standing Halloween tradition at the Rock Springs Civic Center will be returning this weekend.
If you’re looking for a hauntingly good time, stop by the Civic Center’s Haunted House which is open to all ages.
For those looking at something a little less scary, the Civic Center is also offering non-scary tours where the music is turned off and employees refrain from scaring the patrons. Non-scary tours may be requested, but will also be available during the first hour after opening on the first weekend and the first half hour the following weekend.
This year’s haunted house is based around a “Hotel” theme where employees of the Civic Center along with numerous volunteers will be hiding in the wings, waiting for their next victims to check-in.
Entry into the Haunted Hotel is just $1, and children under 7 are free with an adult present. Entry fees may be waived in lieu of one or more canned food donation per person. Dates for the Civic Center’s Haunted Hotel are as follows:
- Saturday, October 24th, 4:00-8:30 p.m.
- Sunday, October 25th, 4:00-7:00 p.m.
- Monday, October 26th-Friday, October 30th, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
