According to Jennifer Allen, Communication/PR Chair for the BSA Wyoming Trails District, “Scouting plays an important role in our community and shapes the lives of many boys by providing opportunities to discover new skills, interests, and experiences. This in turn helps the Scout develop a strong character for the future. The Explorer Program is career focused and for both boys and girls who are high-school age. Currently, the Wyoming Trails District Explorer Program is partnering with the Rock Springs Airport on a program to teach participants about aeronautics.”

The roundup will take place on Tuesday, September 13, 2016, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the White Mountain Library in Rock Springs and at Fire Station #2 (500 Shoshone Avenue) in Green River. This roundup is for boys ages kindergarten through high school and high school girls interested in the Explorer Program.
