WYOMING — Governor Matthew H. Mead, pursuant to President Barack Obama’s Proclamation honoring the victims of the tragedy in Roseburg, Oregon, has ordered both the U.S. flag and the State of Wyoming flag be flown at half-staff statewide until sunset on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 in honor of the Roseburg, Oregon victims.
